His research has shown that spices are important for human health. Following a spice regimen he noticed improvements in his health, his athletic performance and so did others who did what he was doing. The top spices to curb inflammation are turmeric, black pepper, cinnamon, ginger and licorice. Chili, garlic and turmeric are also good appetite suppressants and help you lose weight. There is a difference between culinary herbs and medicinal herbs – so get an experts advice before trying this on your own. Kids develop taste preferences before age 5 so make sure you get your kid to try a variety of ethnic and spice filled foods at an early age.
