Carrie has developed this amazing full body workout to quickly and effectively tone and trim you all over. Her technique incorporates ballet, pilates and weight training. She shared the news that a brand new Pure Barre fitness center is opening just down the road from us in Birmingham, Alabama. The group exercise classes have between 15-20 people in each class.
