On today’s show Dr Fitness and the Fat Guy had on Chef Rock Harper, winner of Season 3 of FOX’s Hell’s Kitchen. He is an award winning culinary genius. He took us behind the scenes of Gordon Ramsay’s hit TV show. He also shared some things 
about how he loves to help out the March of Dimes. But Chef Rock spent most of the time talking about his new book 44 Things to Know About Healthy Cooking For Kids. He had great tips for parents like: how to read labels, how to pay attention to your kids lunch box and what they eat for lunch each day, the importance of preparing and having availble at home healthy snacks for your kids after school, how it’s okay to indulge once a week but not everyday, how to flavor foods without salt and butter, why you should be taking your kids to farmer’s markets and to give your children variety.
