Exercise more during the day if you know you are going to a big party at night. Eat lightly throughout the day when you know you’ll eat a lot at night. You don’t want to starve yourself but you want to eat less caloric more filling foods. Don’t drink too many calories at the party – save the calories for the really delicious foods that are there.
