On today’s show Dr Fitness and the Fat Guy had on Coach Tom Kelso. This guy has been the strength and conditioning coach for everyone from the Florida Gators football team to the St Louis Police Department. Here are some of the mistakes that Tom sees…1-Not making the time to workout 2-not making exercise a priority 3- not wrking hard enough 4- not being progressive over time. Time also gave his review of the P90X workout. His big workout tip was that if you are going to train then train hard – you need to overload in both cardio and strength training.
