As Rosie says don’t be afraid to “Think outside the box.” She wants you to make each meal as “naked” as possible. That means eating foods in their most natural state. Lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. Don’t buy food in a box or can or any food that has a label on it or has ingredients that you can’t pronounce. This way you can build your healthiest and sexiest body. When you start doing that then you have the confidence to sleep naked and present your best self.
