On today’s show Dr Fitness and the Fat Guy had on fitness professional Dustin Maher came on to talk about his 
quest to get 1,000,000 moms in the best shape of their lives. Inspired by his own mom Dustin has lots of materials to help women get back in their pre mom shape. First he says to take care of yourself first – like they say on airplanes – put your oxygen mask on before you put it on your kid. His holiday party tip was to make sure you are eating healthy when you are alone so you can splurge a little when you go out to holiday parties. But he said that you only get one trip through the buffet line. And eat your protein becuase that will make you feel full. Then go strong with the veggies.
