And this easy recipe is a must add to your weekly meals. Take 4 nice sized red snapper fillets – about 4 oz each- and put it on some tin foil – this seals in the moisture so it doesn’t dry out. You can add your favorite seasonings and herbs and a little olive oil. then throw some aromatic vegetables at the bottom of the pan – like carrots, celery, onions, etc. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes and enjoy.
