Since the Fat Guy grew up with a grapefruit tree in his backyard we thought we would share some ways to get more grapefruit into your diet. Add grapefruit wedges into your next salad. Use the juice in a spritzer or even a margarita. Eat one after dinner as a nice way to cleanse your palate. You can even use it to make a grapefruit and cabbage slaw.
