In today’s Wellness Minute Dr Fitness and the Fat Guy share their favorite falafel and avocado spread recipe. Dr Fitness loves him some falafel and in his recipe he uses pinto beans instead of chick peas and sometimes he’ll even use garbanzo beans. Throw in some cumen, cheese, crushed tortilla chips, egg white and some canola oil to make about 4 patties. For the spread use tomato, 1/2 an avocado and some lime juice.
