In today’s Wellness Minute Dr Fitness and the Fat Guy share an interesting grilled avocado and chicken recipe. A grilled avocado goes great with a honey glazed chicken. So here we go – make a marinate for the chicken with lemon juice, soy sauce, garlic and marinate for 45 minutes. Toss on the grill – when the chicken is about halfway done toss a peeled avocado half on the grill next to the chicken. As the chicken is about ready to be taken off the grill – brush some honey glaze on the chicken and take the avocado off the grill as well. Enjoy. Listen right now to hear Dr Fitness’ tips.
