It seems they eat breakfast – in fact breakfast is their biggest meal of the day. A guest once told us to eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper. Next, they exercised daily – they accumulated about 60 minutes of physical activity daily. So try and shoot for about 10,000 steps a day. They limited time in front of the TV. They also created some sort of support system or routine that helped them overcome setbacks.
