Healthy food can taste bland so here are some tricks to add flavor without that many calories. Discover balsamic vinegar – you can forget the oil when you use this vinegar – use it on salads and subs and sandwiches. Mustard adds flavor without that many calories if you are going to use a condiment. Cinnamon is a great substitute for sugar – try it on oatmeal, – it has been shown to stabilize blood sugar levels as well. Chicken broth for butter works in some recipes so try that to save calories.
