This former student of the Corrective and high Performance Exercise Kinesiology (CHEK) at the CHEK Institute has founded iCoreSports, a forward thinking company that combines the latest in exercise conditioning with technology. She shared lots of fitness tips to avoid injuries and improve performance – for example she said that lunges and squats when done properly are the two best exercises to improve your glutes.
