Most people don’t think much about it and just join a gym or they buy a treadmill. It is much better to choose an activity that you like to do rather than doing something that you think will whip you into shape. If you don’t really like to attend spin classes then you will probably quit at the first schedule conflict. So first get a doctor to check you out physically to get their blessing. Then pick something that requires you to move and fits your age and health. And don’t jump right in -check it out first – go to a class or take the exercise equipment for a test drive.
