When you’re hungry or even worse famished, you will eat anything and everything. If you keep a food journal and track when you eat and how you feel around the time you are eating then you can identify patterns and maybe even some emotional triggers to why you have these sweet cravings. Once you identify when you are most likely to want to eat sweets then try and add more protein to the meal before those cravings occur. This should make the cravings go away.
