For corn on the cob – leave the corn in the husk brush with olive oil then wrap in tin foil. Grill for about 20 minutes on each side. Another great veggie that tastes good grilled is eggplant. Slice the eggplant then season each side and brush with a little oil the grill for around 12 minutes.
