Heat exhaustion and heat stroke coupled with dehydration are sadly pretty common when the temperature get high. If you have worked out in extreme heat and suffer from either of those things then you must cool down and hydrate yourself. Once you’ve cooled down then you really shouldn’t exercise for several weeks if you have suffered from heat stroke. Bring your exercise indoors for awhile – just to be safe.
