Like most stories it’s a little bit more complicated than just saying never eat carbs and you’ll lose weight. Sure carbs with simple sugars can contribute to weight gain. It doesn’t take a genius to tell you to avoid, candy, cookies, cakes and other foods with refined sugars. But carbs also include fruits, veggies, whole grain pasta and breads and beans. Those carbs are extremely good for you and should be eaten regualrly. So don’t through the carb baby out with the fad diet bath water. You can eat carbs in moderation.
