In today’s Wellness Minute Dr Fitness and the Fat Guy share their stir fry asparagus recipe. Stir fried vegetables are an easy and great way to prepare healthy meals. Start out with fresh asparagus – about a pound or a pound and a half. Throw some olive oil in a pan with some garlic , lemon and your favorite spices then toss in the asparagus and stir fry until their done. Don’t cook them until their mushy – you want them to be crunchy – so your kids will eat them.
