You can use the fact that people are such creatures of habit to your advantage when it comes to losing weight. For example when you get home from work and enter your kitchen, you open the fridge and grab a cold soda. So if you move the soda to the back of the refrigerator and put bottled water in the front you’d probably grab the bottled water instead and save a couple hundred calories. So put the unhealthy snacks in hard to reach places and put the healthy snacks in the front.
