Most breakfast cereal might as well be put in the candy aisle. Margarine is another food that came along and was supposed to be a healthier choice over butter but since margarine is loaded with trans fats you should stick to butter. Doughnuts and chips are two more items that usually don’t make up a nutritious meal. Sure they taste great and you can indulge once in awhile – I wouldn’t make them part of your everyday meals.
