In today’s Wellness Minute Dr Fitness and the Fat Guy share their favorite noodle soup recipe. Even though I’m not a big noodle guy i do really love Asian noodle soups. This recipe is pretty simple you can always add the veggies you like to customize it. And soup is great year round but it is especially satisfying when it is cold outside. Start with 5 cups low sodium broth (chicken or vegetable). Add in some lemon grass, ginger, mushrooms, scallions, bean sprouts and some hot chili oil. Use about 4 ounces of dry rice noodles as well.
