You really need a panini grill to do this right, but you George Foreman grill fans should be able to pull this off. Take 2 slices of fresh italian bread then pile up some mozzarella cheese, tomatoes, your favorite vegetables, some balsamic vinegar, some extra virgin olive oil if you want and toss in some meat if you want.
