In today’s Wellness Minute Dr Fitness and the Fat Guy share some of their favorite tips on using pepper spray. Pepper spray has been shown to keep you safe when you are in danger. If you are accosted by a person you should aim the spray at their face from 6-8 feet away then run like the Fat Guy is chasing you away from the dangerous situation. You can also use pepper spray when you are walking or running in areas where their might be wild animals. Fog sprays are not as effective as stream sprays which are more concentrated and tend to work better.
