In today’s Wellness Minute Dr Fitness and the Fat Guy share their favorite Persian pizza recipe. Using a bread that is more like a wrap than bread is how Dr Fitness came up with this recipe. He uses a Persian flat bread called lavash. First, brush the lavash with olive oil then spoon on your favorite tomato sauce; then add your veggies and mozzarella cheese.
