In today’s Wellness Minute Dr Fitness and the Fat Guy explains how the false rumor that bras cause cancer has spread. An internet rumor has been floating around saying bra’s can cause cancer – it probably was started by some teenage boy or Hugh Hefner. The theory was that the restrictiveness of the bra damaged lymph nodes in the breast tissue. This completely false – there was no study that determined that.
