Take a couple of scoops of your favorite ice cream and toss it in a blender then add some root bear and blend away until creamy. Throw in a scoop of ice cream in a frosted mug pour in your blended stuff then top it all off with more root beer. You can make this low cal by using low calorie ice cream and diet root beer.
