In today’s Wellness Minute Dr Fitness and the Fat Guy share their seared tuna recipe. Dr Fitness loves his seared tuna- he orders this out at restaurants whenever he can. The key to making this is to make sure you buy fresh high quality tuna. First make the sauce by combining mustard, white wine, soy sauce and honey. Now heat up a skillet to sear the tuna – put the tuna in the skillet for just a couple of minutes on each side. A nice touch is to throw some sesame seeds int he skillet .
