There are long term consequences if you don’t sleep well over time – depressions, high blood pressure and poor performance. So here are some things you can do to sleep better. No TV in the bedroom, no drinking before bedtime, sleep on your back with your knees slightly bent, use a thin pillow for your head and another pillow for your side.
