How do you like your smoothie’s creamy or fruity? Get some mango – fresh or frozen. The good thing about using frozen fruit is that you don’t have to use ice cubes to make it a smoothie which dilutes the fruity goodness. If you like it creamy then add some milk product either soy, almond or low fat cow milk. You can add some yogurt if that floats your boat and some honey to sweeten it if you really have to. Some people throw in some protein powder or whey to give it a little power. Dr Fitness like to throw in a handful of berries to make it a little more colorful.
