In today’s Wellness Minute Dr Fitness and the Fat Guy share their spinach salad recipe. Baby spinach is one of my favorite ingredients for a salad. First make a low fat dressing using olive oil, orange juice, vinegar, horse radish, dijon mustard, honey. Now steam some green beans and chill them. Make the salad with the spinach, chilled green beans, your favorite salad ingredients and to be exotic add some fruit like orange slices or grapes.
