In today’s Wellness Minute Dr Fitness and the Fat Guy share a favorite spinach orzo pasta recipe. Orzo is a kind of pasta that looks like a big single piece of rice. I like the whole wheat orzo the best. It kind of reminds me of the roni in rice-a-roni. Boil the orzo until almost done then pull it out of the water and put in a colander to cool.
