Safe jogging is so important especially with everyone wearing headphones and listening to their music so loud you aren’t paying close attention to what is around you. Run in populated locations and try to invite a partner to jog with you. When you are going around corners or near blind alleys pay close attention. Carry some pepper spray, mace or something that makes a loud noise. And remember you probably are more likely to be attacked by an animal than a person so be on the look out for animals as well.
