In today’s Wellness Minute Dr Fitness and the Fat Guy share their low cal avocado mayo recipe. Mayonnaise is a delicious must have condiment for some people (and repulsive to the Fat Guy). So Dr Fitness decided to try and create a healthier mayo. Mix butter milk with olive oil, some hot chili oil, avocado and lime – blend thoroughly.
