her new Weight Loss Cardio Sculpt and Weight Loss Cardio Kick dvds she has out through Acacia. Violet is unique in that her training is in fitness but also in karate. She was been kicking butt in Australia before she came to the US. When she started teaching classes here she quickly rose through the ranks to become one of the most sought after instructors.
