Spraining your ankle is painful. there are 3 types of sprains Grade 1 – which is a partial tear; grade 2 which is a moderate tear and grade 3 which is a complete tear. You ability to walk on your foot is how you can kind of determine what kind of sprain you are dealing with. The basic treatment for an ankle sprain is RICE which stands for Rest, Ice, Compression and Elevation. Also try and balance on those balance boards and agility discs to rehab your ankle.
