When two sets of people were either put in an aerobic program vs a walking program for six months. The walking program participants were able to stay compliant at a higher rate. The aerobic class people had to do a more intense program while the walkers just had to walk 10,000 steps a day. Over 90% of the walkers were able to do their steps each day.
