David Gracey is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology where he earned his Bachelors in Industrial Engineering in 1989. When he started Network 1 Consulting in 1998, his mission was to provide clients with the best consulting services available.  Period.  That mission remains at the heart of the daily operations at Network 1.  He believes despite how complex the technology gets, businesses want their computers to run smoothly but also prefer knowing the people behind the technology.  The relationship builds trust which makes for a successful partnership.

Your IT Team

Every Network 1 client is managed by a team of three consultants: a lead engineer, who acts as the primary point of contact, and two secondary engineers. The team meets regularly to discuss any problems or changes to your network to ensure everyone on the team is familiar with the network. This allows Network 1 to become an integral part of your company. All Network 1 employees have 4-year college degrees.  In addition, professional certifications from companies such as Microsoft, Cisco and SonicWall and very important to keeping up with changing technology.  All of our engineers have one or more of these important certifications.

How we do IT

Through a combination of remote monitoring, managed services and on-site support, Network 1 is able to achieve top notch service to its clients. Your primary consultant will develop a close relationship and deep understanding of your business and its needs.  This relationship, allows a level of trust which is required to provide effective ongoing IT support. Since computer downtime can be detrimental to a business, we have developed a proactive approach to maintaining computer networks. Using this practice, we can often fix problems before our clients are aware of them and before they cause downtime. Keeping the network running is what Worry Free IT is all about.
