Joe Gottlieb, is a partner in the Sandy Springs law firm, Cohen Goldstein Port & Gottlieb, LLP, where he represents franchisees in the

acquisition of franchise rights and, also, franchisors in both the development of their franchise concepts as well as the preparation and registration of the required pre-sale disclosure documents and agreements.
