Jennifer Gore-Cuthbert w/ The Gore Law Firm
Jennifer Gore-Cuthbert is the founder and owner of The Gore Law Firm, LLC, representing individuals and their families in personal injury, wrongful death, dram shop and diminished value cases. She is committed to building a close working relationship with her clients to provide quality, compassionate, efficient and effective legal representation. She works to move cases, to settlement or trial, without sacrificing results. The Gore Law Firm is also particularly attentive to the stress that being injured or in a collision can have on a victims’ overall life and works hard to minimize that stress. Several years ago, Jennifer herself was seriously injured in a wreck; as a result, she is particularly sensitive to her clients needs.
Ms. Gore-Cuthbert received her Bachelor of Science in Business Management, from the Marist College, in New York and received her J.D. from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School. Prior to opening her practice in 2013, Jennifer worked under several other personal injury attorneys in Atlanta. Currently, Jennifer is the Chair of the Communications Committee for the Georgia Association For Women Lawyers, a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers, a member of the North Fulton Bar Association, and a member of the North Fulton Chamber of Commerce.
When Jennifer is away from the office, she enjoys spending her time with her husband and their daughter, traveling, being outdoors and spending time with family.

Carol W. Allen, Attorney at Law
Carol W. Allen is the founder of the law firm Carol W. Allen Attorney at Law, LLC,a firm dealing exclusively in workers compensation and only representing injured workers. While her practice is located in Dunwoody, GA, she represents clients throughout the state.
Allen brings a unique skill set to the workers compensation arena, in that she was a practicing nurse prior to attending law school. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, as well as a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Tennessee Center for the Health Sciences in Memphis, Tennessee. After working as a practicing nurse for several years, she returned to the classroom, earning her law degree from Fordham University School of Law in New York, New York. William Vincent is an Associate Professor of Management, Entrepreneurship, and Law. His primary areas of interest, teaching, specialization and practice are entertainment law, entrepreneurship, management consulting, franchise management and law, business law, asset protection, and trust and estate planning. He has over 30 years of experience as an attorney for the Governor of the State of Georgia, with one of the nation’s largest law firms, with large, medium, and small companies and with state and federal governments in the areas of real estate, estate planning, labor, regulatory, environmental, asset protection, entertainment, corporate, contract, and franchise law along with extensive utilization of his management and finance background.
Currently he serves on the Board of Directors of two international corporations. He has made numerous presentations to local, regional, national, and international audiences and has published numerous articles in both trade and academic newspapers, magazines, and journals in the fields of entrepreneurship, franchising and estate planning and is the Co-Author of several books. He is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court where he made his first appearance in 2004. William has a BA in Economics and Business Administration from Furman University and an MBA in Management and Finance and JD from Emory University.
Amy Pierson w/ The Silverbach Group
Amy joined the Silverbach Group after a ten-year career in the corporate accounting world. Her financial background comes in handy in her practice as an estate planning and probate attorney. Amy’s practice also includes family law, criminal and civil litigation, and appeals (criminal and civil).
Amy graduated from The University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting (1997) as well as a Master of Accountancy (1998). Upon graduation, Amy went to work as an auditor for Ernst & Young, LLP (“E&Y”), in the Birmingham, Alabama office. Her clients included small to large businesses in the manufacturing industry. Amy left E&Y in 2001 in order to seize an opportunity to work at Delta Air Lines, first as a Senior Financial Analyst and later as a Project Leader in the Technical Operations division. In late 2004, Amy left Delta and joined the finance and accounting team at what is now BCD Travel as an accounting manager.
Amy left the corporate finance and accounting world in 2009 and began her legal career at Southern Illinois University School of Law in Carbondale, Illinois. During the summer of 2011, Amy was privileged to intern with the Appellate Division of the Georgia Public Defender Standards Council, where she gained real world experience in the criminal appeals process. Amy completed her legal education in December 2011 and was sworn in as an attorney in 2012.
