There, she worked in Research and Development to create a blue light filter phone screen sticker to protect your eyes from the toxic blue light emitted from screens. Although, Carly realized she wanted a position that deals more with people, so what better place than business.
Now, she is pursuing an MBA and MS in Data Science at GSU, where she teaches the Data Science for Business Bootcamp and is working with Dell to create a visualization dashboard using data. Additionally, she is working on a text analytics project to predict from a news article if two companies form a licensing agreement.
