Robin Mladinich is a director of the Executive MBA program at Georgia State University and founder/leadership coach for Inspire 2 Impact (I2I) Leadership Group LLC. She has 20 years of experience in global leadership and program development. Her expertise is in coaching and growing high potential executives; creating leadership development programs and curriculum to evoke transformation; and facilitating and managing international programs.
Robin’s professional highlights include establishing and managing the Executive MBA leadership and coaching program, creating a 12-month Executive Leadership Academy for Women, and launching a global MBA program. She has a track record of success in building strong teams, leading programs and leading others. Robin completed her coaching training through the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC). Robin has had leadership roles in 5 institutions of higher education to include Georgia Tech and University of Georgia. Robin spent 4 years abroad living and working in Belfast with the Northern Ireland Peace Process. She is an avid international traveler having been to over 50 countries.

Jan leads the team of MDoutlook to deliver actionable disease intelligence with ThoughtLeader insight. Prior to establishing MDoutlook, Jan spent 5 years in increasing leadership positions at Imedex, an accredited medical education company. In his most recent role as President, Jan drove the integration of The American School of Oncology and Imedex into one organization focused on producing global continuing education in oncology, hematology, psychiatry, gastroenterology, infectious diseases, cardiology, and urology.
Previously, Jan led a team of consultants at Cambridge Pharma Consultancy, a subsidiary of IMS Health. As Engagement Director, Jan provided international strategic consulting to pharmaceutical and biotech companies in the areas of M&A, licensing, and marketing strategy. He was Consultant for Robert Pino & Company in the Netherlands, a subsidiary of Berenschot, focused on product strategy and responsible for establishing its healthcare practice.
Jan started his career as Project Manager with Altana in the sales of cardiovascular products before joining Organon as International Product Manager. At Organon, Jan was responsible for the commercialization of psychiatry products, and directed the global launch of Remeron leading to $1b+ in annual sales.
Jan holds a Masters degree in Medicine from University of Amsterdam, and MBA / MBI degrees from Rotterdam School of Management / University of Michigan. He resides in Atlanta, GA.

Amanda Stanzione is an executive within the FinTech industry and most recently led one of First Data’s product organizations focused on fraud within digital payments. Amanda is pursuing her EMBA from Georgia State University, J. Mack Robinson College of Business and is a member of WIT (Women in Technology) and Wnet (Women’s Network in Electronic Transactions).
Outside of professional life, Amanda is married with three teenagers and enjoys watching any sport they play, sleeping, binge watching Netflix, and horseback riding.

Dwayne Roache is the Vice President of Finance and Controller at Jackson Physician Search formerly Jackson & Coker Permanent (a subsidiary of Jackson Healthcare). Dwayne manages the company’s finances and has played a key role in the company’s growth for the last ten years.
Before joining Jackson, Dwayne served at AGCO Corporation, a publicly-traded global leader in the design, manufacture, and distribution of agricultural equipment with over $10B in annual revenue. During his career, Dwayne has held many key positions with various leading sectors such as manufacturing, retail, food & beverage, energy, and technology.
Outside of work, Dwayne enjoys attending his daughter’s various dance, piano, and orchestra performances. Dwayne holds degrees in Accounting and Finance from Georgia State University, and his currently pursuing his Executive MBA at Georgia State University with an aspiration for the Executive Doctorate Program here at Georgia State.
