Becca Parker/Live Arts Theatre
Live Arts Theatre is a 501c3 community theatre based in Buford, GA. The mission of the company to produce a variety of plays and musicals that engage, educate, and entertain our audiences. They are committed to creating quality theatre while also giving the community opportunities to grow and find enjoyment in the arts.
Becca Parker is currently serving as both the President and Artistic Director of Live Arts Theatre. In addition to a Masters degree in education, Becca also holds a degree in Music and Musical Theatre from Shenandoah Conservatory in Winchester VA. Becca landed in Buford after having worked in almost every capacity both onstage and off in a variety of venues around the country. In addition to her work with Live Arts, she has performed, directed, and designed locally in venues such as the 14th Street Playhouse, Onstage Atlanta, New Dawn Theatre, OTC Comedy, Lionheart Theatre, Fifth Row Center, the Buford Community Center, and the Dallas Civic Center. She was also recently nominated for 3 Fusion Awards by ArtWorks Gwinnett for her leadership in the Gwinnett County arts community.
