Blue Landworks is a civil engineering, land surveying and consulting business located in downtown Sugar Hill’s new E-Center project. Founded in 2009, this year marks the 10th anniversary of Blue Landworks. They employ 9 individuals including 3 professional engineers, 1 registered land surveyor and 1 registered landscape architect. Blue Landworks provide services to a wide range of clients including entrepreneurial developers, Fortune 500 home builders, cities, community improvement districts and many more. They focus on private residential and commercial projects as well as public infrastructure projects that help make communities more desirable, economically prosperous and better places to live, work and play.
