Jane Bishop is the founder and CEO of Take the Next Step which emerged out of her passion to help others “go for their It.” Her business offers coaching, consulting, and training services that empower individuals, groups, and organizations by helping them align with their inner core for success. Take the Next Step works with business owners and new leaders who struggle with their identify in their role and want to make a sustainable shift and be effective. She also works with team leaders who want training for their team to improve their team development related to communication.
Jane offers over 25 years of training, education, and lessons learned while training and leading people in four environments: academic, athletic, national corporate company, and as a business owner. All of her services are customized around a client’s objectives.
