Leila Shaver has spent her entire legal career in the financial services industry. She started her career as in-house counsel for a national broker-dealer headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. She has defended registered representatives and broker-dealers in FINRA arbitrations and in regulatory disputes with FINRA and the SEC. Mrs. Shaver has also provided legal consulting services to BDC funds and brokerage firms based in California before providing representation and compliance support for a real estate development sponsor based in Atlanta, Georgia. She has also represented investment advisers, commodity pool operators and commodity trading advisers nationwide in compliance related matters, including registration and regulatory audits. Mrs. Shaver is uniquely positioned to represent industry professionals and investors alike and understands both best regulatory practices and practical business choices.
Mrs. Shaver’s broad experience in the financial services industry allows her to advise clients from the formation of their entity to registration through management of their business.

Anna Vocino is a voice over talent and stand up comedian who also happens to be a Celiac who writes cookbooks. She co-hosts the “Fitness Confidential” podcast with Vinnie Tortorich. She has voiced hundreds of commercials, cartoons, movies, promos, radio stations, and video games, which is a super cool day job to support her passion of food blogging and cookbook authoring.
Her new cookbook and Amazon bestseller, “Eat Happy: Gluten Free, Grain Free, Low Carb Recipes For A Joyful Life,” has 154 easy to make low carb recipes that are all delicious comfort food free from sugars and grains. Anna also has to cook for a husband, a teenage daughter, and a tiny dog.
