She is a long-tem mentor in the Pathbuilder’s Achieva Program and is committed to ensuring that all students have an opportunity to get a high quality education, enabling them to become contributing members of society. Pat believes the Servant-Leader has a natural orientation to helping others be the best “they” that they can be. When those individuals come together in organizations they produce outstanding results and give back to their community, ultimately creating a better society.
