As a 14 year managed services veteran Jed has developed a keen interest in cybersecurity and maintains an active speaking schedule delivering Employee Cyber Security Awareness Training to groups all over the greater Atlanta area. He holds a BA in English from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA with a concentration in Marketing from American University in Washington D.C.
