Steve spent more than 27 years with IBM in sales, sales management and training management positions. Subsequently, while at OnTarget, he led the development of sales training programs delivered to tens of thousands of salespeople worldwide. He co-authored the best-selling sales book, Selling to the C- Suite, the 2nd edition of which was just published by McGraw-Hill and enthusiastically endorsed by Neil Rackham. Steve holds a doctorate in human resource development from Vanderbilt University and is currently president of his own sales training and consulting firm, based in Atlanta.
